Hi, I’m Philippe.

Growing up in France, I was the kid who couldn't accept “that's just how it's done” as a reason to stop looking for better ways.

When my parents told 14-year-old me that I’d have to wait and save up for a moped, I found a faster way—gathering parts from multiple wrecks to build one myself. When IBM moved too slowly for my entrepreneurial spirit, I quit to start my first venture. When everyone said cryptographic software was too niche in 1984, I was already selling it.

This instinct to experiment, to push boundaries, to ask “what if we tried something different?” has shaped everything I’ve done since: from working at Apple during Steve Job’s return to launching VAIO PCs across Europe at Sony to leading 1,100+ engineers in multinational R&D teams as Chief Technical Officer of the Neopost group.

But here's what I discovered along the way: brilliant people consistently get trapped by invisible barriers that prevent breakthrough thinking.

Whether it’s cognitive biases, cultural programming, communication breakdowns, or organizational structures that reward conformity, the same pattern emerged everywhere:

Innovation stalls… not due to a lack of talent or resources, but because of how our minds work against new ideas.

That’s the moment I knew I had to leave the corporate world. Not because it was broken, but because I’d found the real problem worth solving.

These experiences became the foundation for my Innovational Intelligence System:

A framework that reveals how our minds work against innovation, and more importantly, how to work with them instead.

Today, I speak and consult worldwide with one mission: to unlock the experimental potential that already exists in teams, cultures, and organizations, so they can build the innovation capacity needed to thrive in an accelerating world.

My interactive keynotes blend neuroscience with relatable experiments that anchor learning in a way that theory alone never could.

People invite me to speak because they want more than inspiration—they want practical tools they can use immediately to unlock the experimental thinking their people already possess.

But each keynote is just the beginning. Through assessments, workshops, and advisory work, I also help organizations measure their innovation capacity, identify where breakthrough thinking gets stuck, and build the systematic approaches needed for continuous innovation.

Ultimately, this isn't about having one great idea;
it's about creating the conditions where great ideas can become the innovations that secure your organization's future.

Ready to unlock the innovation potential already inside your organization?

You weren’t supposed to find this.

But here you are, because you did what most people don’t: you questioned, you explored, you clicked the thing you weren’t sure you should click.

That’s Innovational Intelligence™ in action.

Most people stay inside the lines. Follow the expected path. Click the obvious buttons. Accept things as they are.

Not you.

You’re one of those rare minds that refuses to accept “this is how it’s always been done.”

We need more people who think like you.

So here’s your reward for coloring outside the lines:
